Barrels and Tannins is born from years of discovery, adventure and passion. A burning fire in me to savor more of life I packed my bags to the unknown…. I sat in small intimate cafes, big grand bars and restaurants of the world. I took trains and flights to my hearts’ desires and then it happened! It came to me like a cool breeze on a hot summer day… WINE! 

It was my favorite module at culinary school and my favorite pass time- discovering wine.
